Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and discuss the specific details of your return.
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective wrapping and crates to ensure the leather remains pristine during transit.
Scheduled Pickup
We will coordinate with our specialized white-glove freight partners to schedule a convenient time to collect the item directly from your home.
Inspection and Refund
Once the piece arrives back at our workshop and passes a quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
